I met Claritza at a local event she was participating in. I had my initial healing session with her shortly afterwards and just knew I needed to do additional work with her to help me balance my chakras.
Claritza's soul beams brightly and she has a radiating smile which made me feel so comfortable around her from the very beginning. One of the aspects I appreciated about the way she works with you during a healing session is her desire to talk with you, listen to what you're going through as well as what you've been through. I'd had a highly emotional situation happen which effected my energetic alignment and was painful for my heart. I thought since it had been a month after the situation occurred that I'd processed it and truly thought I'd released a lot of it on my own.
During my session with her this particular day, I saw and felt the energy as I laid on the table. I was particularly relaxed laying there and even to the end of the session. However, I felt a little sick to my stomach afterwards but in a different type of feeling than I'd experienced before. This went on for about 2 hours and yet I felt an incredible sense of calmness already immediately following the session. That night I had one of the most restful nights of sleep in many months! I felt incredibly light, a sense of peacefulness within and as if I could breathe without the emotional pain in the pit of my stomach.
I realized she helped me release the energetic block from the experience I'd gone through which I was not even fully aware of myself. It was exactly what I needed! I booked a few additional sessions with Claritza and will continue to work with her as the talented, spiritual and kind healer she is.
